SR Packaging Consultants becomes Ho.Bag Corporate after an integration process announced in March 2023, in the words of our CEO Andrea Spina: "Packaging plays a crucial role in the brand's marketing mix today, and the cosmetic sector is growing significantly. With the acquisition of SR Packaging Consultants, we aim to strengthen our presence in the Italian and European markets and, at the same time, expand the product range through our production facility, providing customers with quality items and a punctual and comprehensive service."
Six months later, we are pleased to announce the successful merger through incorporation, a choice aligned with the significant growth strategy based on a unique value proposition: "Together for a better customer experience."
