1Where are your products made?
Ho.Bag-branded PET, HDPE and PETG bottles and jars are designed and manufactured at our San Vendemiano (TV) facility, using carefully selected raw materials of European origin.
The products we distribute – such as glass and aluminium containers and some plastic jars and bottles – are of Italian or European origin, selected with close attention to quality and traceability.

2What is the minimum order?
Our two-floor, 113,000 sq ft warehouse means we keep a wide range of items in stock. The minimum order is usually one full box per product. For more details on the item you're interested in, get in touch with our sales team.

3Can I customise a standard item from the catalogue?
Yes. For the plastic bottles and jars we manufacture ourselves, you can choose:
- Material (virgin, recycled, ISCC PLUS);
- Colour;
- Decoration, screen printed by our in-house department in San Vendemiano.
For additional finishing, and to customise glass or aluminium items, we work with selected Italian suppliers. Get in touch with our team to explore all the options available.

4Can I customise the accessories?
Yes. You can choose from over 1,800 accessories in stock, in a range of configurations, and pick the one that best suits your product. If you'd like an accessory customised in a specific colour or finish, our sales team will be glad to help, with full details on minimum order quantities and lead times.

For Ho.Bag-branded bottles and jars, the minimum quantities for customisation are shown on the relevant product page. For the items we distribute and for accessories, please contact our sales team for a specific assessment.

6Can you make packaging to a custom design?
Yes. Our technical team can help you develop a bespoke bottle or jar, following these steps:
- Technical feasibility study
- Technical drawing
- 3D-printed prototypes for validation
- Mould manufacture (the mould can be kept in our warehouse for your exclusive use)
- Production

7What are your lead times?
Our 113,000 sq ft warehouse, opened in 2023, lets us ship orders for stock items quickly. For an accurate estimate of lead times, get in touch with our team.

We are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. We pay close attention to our impact on the environment, and we are also certified to ISO 14001 and ISCC PLUS. We have also been awarded an EcoVadis Silver sustainability rating (2024).
We constantly monitor our catalogue products for compliance with the regulations in force in the cosmetics and food sectors.
