Made in Italy: how we manufacture
Every Ho.Bag bottle and jar is made at our plant in San Vendemiano — modern, certified, and run as a controlled process, on materials we choose ourselves. Making them in Italy is what keeps the quality visible: you can see it in the finish, and feel it in your hand.
The technology behind it
We run extrusion blow moulding lines for HDPE, LDPE, PP and PETG, and injection blow moulding for PET. That covers a wide range of sizes, materials and volumes — so we can take on different jobs, and keep supply steady once they're running.
From the mould to the finished item
Ho.Bag designs and builds moulds for its own catalogue, and moulds reserved for one customer and no one else. Every product is checked against its technical drawing, with high standards maintained at every stage of production.
Running it responsibly
Our machines run entirely on certified renewable energy, some of it from our own solar array, so every production cycle carries lower emissions. Cooling water circulates in a closed loop — the same water, used over and over, so we draw far less from the mains and waste none of it.
