Whistleblowing

HO.BAG CORPORATE SRL has adopted a procedure for reporting breaches (whistleblowing) pursuant to D.Lgs. 24/2023 (Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023).

The policy describes who may make a report, what may be reported, the internal and external (ANAC) reporting channels and the protections afforded to the reporting person, including the notice on the processing of their personal data.
